Description: 8-week online, interactive, educational program based on mindfulness living and stress reduction. Telephone coaching support with web-based support tools led by facilitator support, cognitive behavioral therapy and stress management. 8 classes, 90-minute periods with peer support and digital media support tools for smartphones. Classes focus on groups needs and circumstances with a series of relaxation techniques (audios, videos and music) and workbook support tools for smartphone, PC, and tablet. This group is supportive, caring and non-judgmental.

This group is for Grandparents raising Grandkids. We are there to help you cope with the stress as you endure the many emotions that stir up being a primary caregiver again such as grief, anger, and possibly guilt. The emotional burden can affect your health without stress management. Join Us, let us help. The group will be utilizing CBT techniques, meditation, relaxation and mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and apply new coping strategies. The goal is to provide you with coping skills, strategies and stress management. Discover keys to a healthier emotional state for both you and your child, and effective coping skills. The group will run eight consecutive weeks.
Register by calling office and completing form below. We deliver a personal touch to tailor to participants needs and often include parenting strategies to help build emotional regulation skills for the whole family unit. Caregivers missing one session are provided with an opportunity for a make-up class at end of series.

We approach this action planning strategy through a family-focused approach. You learn self-regulation skills for Adult and Child that offer both physical and behavioral health benefits.
