Coherence achieved when performing relaxation exercises has a positive influence on others, documented by research. The Advocacy Family Services teaches a Caregiver how-to-do and teach Relaxation techniques and practical communication skills working with patient care. Neuro Coaching provides Caregivers practical skill sets and knowledge of therapeutic techniques.

Caregivers work with therapeutic tools in two ways:

1.) Teaching the techniques working with a newborn infant to boost emotional and cognitive development or for personal self-benefits.

2.) Working by the power of the magnetic heart to positively influence others health and wellness.

A relaxation technique (also known as relaxation training) helps to relax, attain a state of increased calmness; or otherwise reduce levels of pain, anxiety, stress or anger to participants. Benefits include relief of stress, emotional and physical pain, improve energy, memory, and mood, promote better mental and physical health.

Effects of prenatal stress can affect children into adulthood

If we want to understand child development, we need to start before birth. We have known for decades that health depends on the interaction between our genes and our environment. But we’ve also come to realize that a key part of that environment is in the womb before we’re born. There is now considerable evidence that the mother’s emotional state during pregnancy can affect the development of her baby’s brain. Stress in intrauterine life has the potential to adversely affect short-term and long-term neurodevelopmental outcomes with implications for altered susceptibility for mental health disorders in childhood and adult life.
