Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Relaxation Class ~ Online Facilitator Training (four 30-minute coaching telephone appointments) with download mindfulness relaxation exercises you can access by PC, Smartphone and Tablet (Extended packages available). Please call to register at 814-662-5338. The course is open to all, regardless of your location. However, participants need phone and digital device access to the internet. How Can this Help Me? Mindfulness Meditation and Guided Relaxation Class helps people by nonnarcotic methods for behavioral health to help manage stress, emotional recovery and pain management. It provides self-regulating skills. Mindfulness meditation and guided relaxation are powerful methods to help you manage stress, improve memory and focus, lower impulsivity, find inner peace, and improve mental function. How Does it Work? In each Mindfulness Meditation & Relaxation class, you will learn and practice skills to calm the body and mind through guided relaxation techniques  and breathing exercises. You receive interactional exercises that you can access by your smartphone, tablet or PC.  Each session will focus on a specific area of health and wellness designed to target your needs (deep relaxation, pain management, mindful awareness, cardio needs centering on deep breathing).  In this course, you learn an action plan, a variety of techniques to help you achieve "coherence."  You learn how to relax, making the connection to thoughts and behavior, health and wellness. Achieving coherence unleashes a supernatural power to restore your health and wellness and it also provides phenomenal influences to help our children.
